    It's the perfect size to augment the fridge freezer in our small household. I like to buy bigger packages of meat in order to get the best price per pound, and I freeze a lot of cold packs for injuries and to keep food and medication cold when I travel. I cook a lot of foods ahead too, so the extra freezer space is perfect for food storage. The small basket is perfect for the silicone ice cubes that I use for drinks. The unit takes up very little space and plays nice with the wiring in our old house.

    This is a very nice and very cold freezer. It's 2.0 cubic feet which is a perfect size for a single adult and those that live in an apartment or condo! I didn't want or need a huge freezer and I found this freezer on Amazon and a very reasonable price. It seems to be well made and got cold very fast after plugging it into the outlet. The freezer came professionally boxed with styrofoam. No damage on the freezer upon removing it from the packaging. I definitely recommend this product!

    Very poor customer service as per below email from me:

    I made contact with Black & Decker not because of warranty issue as you are portraying in your email but because of the missing leveling legs. They were replaced by two different fixed legs. I earlier sent a photo of this issue via email which obviously was totally ignored. I was told this issue was a manufacturer’s defect. I told the technician that if he provides me with the correct leveling legs I can attached them to the freezer. The person told me that my only choice was to return the freezer. When AMZ contacted your company the responsr was that I will not be able to connect it. I have a picture of where the leveling legs should be screwed and I believe it can be done.

    My recent findings of this shipment show that this freezer was shipped previously to a customer as shown on the shipping label. Obviously the freezer was the one shipped to me. Attached is the picture of the label. I also have a picture of the packing that shows it had gone through so many transits that the packing has sustained damage.

    Disappointed that this arrived in white and when re-reading the description it said "stainless" but referring to the material it is made of. The picture looks like stainless as well. Had to keep with the white as too much hassle to ship back from university dorm and I'm not even sure if they have a true stainless steel in appearance option. Otherwise it seems to work fine and not overly loud.
