    I read negative comments and was nervous that I ordered this washer. I am using it tonight for the first time and so far so good! It’s not moving around, not loud, cleans the clothes, holds a good amount of clothes. So what are these negative Nellies talking about!? Ugh!

    The washer arrived on time and generally looks great... However, upon installation, I realized that the power plug is COMPLETELY smashed flat. Unusable. Amazon pointed me to the manufacturer for plug replacement and in-home repair. The manufacturer told me to pound sand because it isn't a defect, but rather damage during transit and that I should contact Amazon again. Amazon once again directed me to the manufacturer. I am stuck in the blame-game purgatory at the moment. To Amazon's credit, they offered a full replacement, but it'll be another few weeks and I'd have to lug the washer down the stairs and then carry the new one up again... I'm not doing that again.

    I will update once this is resolved.

    I ordered this with Amazon delivery. They were only one hour late. The machine was taken to the room of my choice. I opened the box and set it up. Sadly the drain hose is only 4 feet long. I need longer so I had to order a longer hose.
