DEAD ON ARRIVAL, what's more, the water inlet has no auto shut off, so if you don't manually turn off the water on the connected pipe it overflows. worst purchase ever

also it is clearly some cheap brand, the user manual is FILLED with spelling errors

Returned! Black residue!

No matter how many times I washed it and I ran water through it I could not get rid of a black residue in it! Also the light never goes off. And it’s extremely bright! I highly suggest looking for another one. If sucks bc it made alot of ice fast but wouldn’t waste my money again!

After one month of having this ice machine it started clicking and squealing all the time it gets extremely loud and the squealing gets really bad after just a couple weeks of it making the noise. We returned it because it was so loud and was constantly growing mold.

The ice is soft and amazing. Unfortunately after 4 months started making a grinding noise then stopped making ice altogether. Will probably just stick with super cheap machines and not be sad when they have to be replaced.
