Makes a batch of 9 ice cubes every 7 minutes. The first set of 9 always come out with thinner walls, I think that's because the refrigerant hasn't had ti.e to get super cold just yet, but then the 2nd and all subsequent batches are nice and thick. We use it every day and it cranks out ice like a champ.

I’m enjoying this ice maker. It fits nicely in the corner of our tiny counter in our motorhome and has made having readily available ice so easy.
When it’s full there is enough ice for two to three large drinks and refills quickly enough that by the time we’ve finished those there is more ice. If we know we’re having guests we will move some of the ice to our freezer so there’s enough.
One thing we didn’t realize and it took a bit to get used to is that it is almost constantly making ice as the ice will melt back into the reservoir and then get remade.

 It makes ice and makes it pretty quick. Turned up to the highest freeze time (extending default creation time) and the ice comes out in one rectangular chunk of 30 little cubes or so. The inner basket and holding tank is all plastic so don't plan on cracking the chunk into little pieces in the unit or you'll most likely end up cracking the basin and leaking water.

If you want large chunks (12"x3"x1") of ice that don't break up easily, this is your product. Easy to use, easy to clean and looks great, just wish it had ice CUBES and not ice chunks.

Customer Service reached out to me and they are incredible. They first offered a number of solutions including a full refund. Very easy to work with and they stand behind their product. While this ice maker may not be right for everyone, I would certainly purchase from them again. Their customer service alone makes up for a little, if any, additional cost. Updated from 3 to 4 stars for awesome customer service. They also allowed me to replace the unit for a the 8 cube one which works awesome.

Attached are some pictures of the 26lb unit. Comparisons of the small and large cubes. Very happy with the unit and makes ice fast. Keep in mind you do need to transfer the cubes to a freezer within a reasonable amount of time as it is not cooled in the tray and the ice cubes start to melt after a period of time. Watch out and make sure you get all the tape off inside the unit from shipping. There is one in the back that is hard to get with bigger fingers. Great little ice machine.

This is really good product! My best purchase ever! Makes nice chewable ice. Compact. Reasonable price. Easy to clean. I'm using every day and everyone loves it as they don't use the ice from refrigerator door any more. I put the ice in ziplock bag when it gets full, and keep it in freezer. That way you can keep a lot of ice and can use any time, even the ice gets stuck in the bag in freezer, you can break easily just like the bag of ice sold at store.

Sadly it stopped making ice after 10 months. I contacted customer service. They are really amazing. After a few email exchange and sent a video so they can see what is happening, they sent me replacement and it came pretty quick. Even if it breaks again and not covered by warranty, I will buy again!

The ice is amazing. The machine is compact. The noise is pretty typical of machines that I've seen this size. Things were great until it started making a horrible whirring noise intermittently and we were nervous to keep using it. The seller immediately addressed my concerns and was very polite and helpful. Huge in my book. I'm grateful. You will like the quality of this ice. If you need anything contact the seller.

hine started out pretty good...made inice as promised, quiet, no problems. Worst pwe could say it was alm kmost TOO quiet. We wouldn't realize was out of water unless someone walking by spotted the "Out of Water" light. ????. Then, suddenly, about six months info use, it just QUIT. No amount of cleaning cycles, unplugging/replugging in, helped. Now just an expensive, not unattractive paper weight!

I have had 4 ice makers. Most do not last very long or they shut themselves off frequently, leaving you with no ice when you want it. Some are made by having water frees on a pole and then drop off...bullet shaped...these tend to have that white opaque look - not clear - and then tend to make your drink taste awful. I have had the "ecozy" since February 2024 and I could not be happier. I produces endless clear ice cubes which keep my Coke cold and adds nothing to the flavor.
