We love the product that can be a refrigerator or a freezer. We picked it because of the dimensions. Once delivered, there was no way for it to fit through the door. We had to figure out another place to put it quickly. So beware. It's is really much bigger in width and depth than advertised.

Damage when it arrived

I unboxed my fridge and had a dent in the door. I took the tape off the door and the door fell off because the pin on the lower bracket was not even there. Had to switch the door to open from the opposite side in order to use it. After waiting so long to get it, I would have expected a better product. Yes, when I plugged it in. It does work. Just not pretty and not able to have the door swing the way I wanted it to.

At 28" X 28" this has a small footprint, but it holds a lot. One thing I like is the information on the door that lets you monitor the inside temperature, which so far has been consistently eleven degrees below zero. This freezer sits outside on my deck and whether it's 80 degrees or 25 degrees, the internal temperature is always the same. The other thing I like is that it is truly frost free. It also has glass shelves and fairly deep shelves in the door for smaller items. And it's a good value, costing less than many other freezers.

The fridge came in dented and missing the bottom door pin. Exterior box seemed okay. Exact same complaint as several of the other reviews. Would like some sort of concession.

I am overall happy. I purchased two...one for an extra refrigerator and the other for extra freezer. The dial on one would go no further than the refrigerator setting. Worked out fine..I got what I needed. There is a lot of condensation, which was unexpected. There is a drainage hole at the bottom. I keep a paper towel on that bottom shelf...careful not to cover drainage hole. No problems..hope it lasts. Refrigerator keeps the food cold and freezer keeps the food frozen.

The measurements are incorrect! Don't buy if your space for this is limited!

It's a great fridge/ freezer but do not by if the space you have available is limited. I bought this because we have a tight space in the kitchen and the measurements giving in the description were perfect. The item is much bigger width and depth by at least 3 inches both ways. Other than that, it's fine.
