    Update: I liked my freezer so well that I purchased 2 more as Christmas gifts. So good to have that xtra freezer space and just the right size for an apartment.

    Perfect size for my apartment and still has room.. holds quite a bit! Plugged it in 30 minutes after receiving it and it got cold fast. Got it on the highest cool for meat. Very nice.. would recommend.

    Needed a small black freezer and this one is working well (week two). It runs quietly. Mine arrived with some scratches and scuff marks (not shipping related), so I contacted customer service and they immediately resolved the issue. The only downside to this model is the mechanical design. The power indicator light on the front of the unit only lights up if the compressor is running. So if the compressor is not running, the power light is off. I would prefer the power light to always show that the unit is cold and properly functioning….not just when the compressor is running.

    Freezer worked great until it stopped working after two months. It started leaking oil into the freezer, wrecking all the food I had in it, while also making my apartment reek.

    Freezer is fine except for one HUGE thing. The protective plastic film is applied thin on the metal before assembly. Meaning every seem the plastic film is tucked under the seam. It is simply impossible to remove all the film. It's very visible to the eye and is a complete eye sore. I have spent hours and hours, with friends xo my info over and picking at it periodically because of how bizarre this cheap flimsy packaging is. The film may be on forever unless I dedicate a weekend to picking at it. So time consuming and cumbersome, I cannot believe any company would sell a product like this without testing it beforehand. Very disappointed.
