    It does make small square ice (pebble Ice). but it's not the Sonic Ice as indicated.

    Bought for my daughter-in-law for her birthday in April but by July it had broke. It worked great and she loved it while it was working but the internal plastic piece that separates the ice as it comes up snapped on all the edges all the way around. My son would like to fix it but we can't find the part anywhere.

    My wife is in love with this ice maker. I wanted 2 things out of the ice maker, that it make ice fast enough to keep up with how much water she needs to hydrate and that it was quiet. It has a low buzz sound but it's basically the same amount of noise that comes from my fish tank, so it's not too bothersome. It makes plenty of ice and it seems to stay cold enough in the machine to keep until it is used. We had some in the bin overnight and it was fine. One of the few machines that make the nugget ice. Great product and would recommend.

    I purchased this Nugget Ice Maker in April 2024 by November 2024 it started making a loud noise, I cleaned it thoroughly then it stopped making ice. Not a worthy ice maker for the $$

    My husband is someone who researches a product for days before buying it. Skip all the other ice makers and buy this one. Perfect crushed ice. Stays frozen inside the machine. All your friends will want one. I can’t live without it now.

    The media could not be loaded.
    Water shouldn’t be running over the motor and leaking out of the vents in the back. It no longer works. It is such a headache to clean too. The instructions say to clean it by running bleach through it DAILY! I was always afraid of bleach being in my ice so I’d run several cycles of water after bleaching. I felt like all I was doing was constantly cleaning this ice maker and mold would still form in the inner lines and come out in chunks! I loved the ice but hated the maintenance that didn’t properly clean it anyway. Then today it decided to start spilling all the water out the vent in the back.
