5.0 out of 5 stars The units looks nice and seems well-built
Reviewed in the United States on November 15, 2016
I just received my oven. The units looks nice and seems well-built. While a large turkey might not fit, the size is actually perfect for most daily baking and cooking. To my surprise, it comes with a built-in rotisserie (I still need to see if the motor has enough torque to turn a full size chicken). I like to emphasize that this is the only gas oven (that I could find) that can be mounted under the countertop (standard 34.5” clearance height counters).
The power cord comes out at the bottom rear center whereas the gas connection is at the upper right rear. The user guide states to use ridge pipes, but the unit comes with an adaptor screwed onto the gas pipe that’s for soft PEX-type pipes – a bit confusing. Customer support indicated to remove the adaptor and use typical stainless steel range connectors from Home Depot.
Shipping was fast direct from vender and the vender has been very responsive to my question via email. The user guide is poorly written, but sufficient. The small front knobs provide great aesthetics, but could be improved to provide better grip.
My first impression upon unboxing is that this is a well-designed and well-built unit at a good price. The real questions are with performances. I’m not looking for fancy features; rather, I want a simple, functional, and mostly reliable oven.

Update: After using the oven for three holiday gatherings, I’m very satisfied with its performance. Installation was extremely simply. I left a 24-in gap between the counter cabinets and as suggested by the manual, I secured two pieces of 2x4 to the foot of the cabinet to support the oven. The oven has to be manually ignited by pressing down the temp-setting knob and release once the unit senses flame (this requires a few seconds to heat up the internal sensor). You can have the top broiler burner or the bottom burner on, but not both simultaneously. Once the burn is on, you set the desired temperature, Min, 320 - 430, Max (temp setting only for bottom burner). Once the approx. temp is reached, the burner would lower itself to maintain the set temperature. Because the oven cannot autonomously ignite the burner, it keeps the burner on a minimal flame. As a result of this, the oven would not totally shut off the burner and therefore the oven does not appear to be able run at temperature lower than 320 degrees. Depending on what is being baked or the size of it, the lowest temperature ranges from 300 – 350 deg. The only limitation with this oven is for low temperature roasting at temps below 300 deg. I have gotten the oven up to 470 deg fairly quickly to sear a rib roast. There are two more knobs on the unit. The middle turns on light and activates the rotisserie. The left knob is a timer, which only give an audible alarm and does not shut down the burners. So far, the oven has proven to be very usable for everyday use such as warming, baking, broiling, etc.

2.0 out of 5 stars The rotisserie is cool though.
Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2018
I went with something on the different and low cost side and it shows. Came with a busted door which was replaced. New door does not fit right so I can't open it all the way. rubber gasket already fell off and had to be Re-glued.
Hard to operate and instructions are not helpful (but I figured it out). I don't use the over that often so I'll use it till it dies and replace with something more traditional. The rotisserie is cool though.

5.0 out of 5 stars I made the best bread I had ever made in this little oven!
Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2017
This is a really good small oven and fairly easy to install (my computer/electronically inclined son says) but the manual wasn't really much help. It cooks everything a little faster than our old one and includes a rotisserie for roasting, which is nice. It is also a convection oven, which I didn't realize when I bought it--they are usually way more expensive. The only con is there is only one rack, but there is a large pan for drippings from the rotisserie or for baking or warming. It was a little hard for me to figure out how to set the oven--it is totally computerized--as most appliances are these days. My son had to put sticky notes on the front of the oven telling me how to operate it. The manual does have operating instructions, but they didn't make sense to me. I made the best bread I had ever made in this little oven! Shipping was fast too through fedex.

3.0 out of 5 stars Wired wrong inside, door seal not seated, door not aligned
Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2022
L1 to ground, Ground to L1 on terminals inside unit. So much for quality control and safety. Had to uninstall unit and take it apart to find problem. Have to adjust door to line up with display. Door seal is not seated properly. It works fine now. I sure would like to be compensated for my extra labor and knowledge how to wire up an oven

4.0 out of 5 stars Confusing electrical. No manual for my specific model.
Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2019
One star removed for the poor instructions. The smart SAFE thing to do is hire an electrician to install.
WE ARE NOT ELECTRICIANS but if anyone is curious this is our current hook-up: stranded 10 gauge wire (10/2 which is the black, white and copper) to the electrical box (30 amp breaker, serious business - playing around with this without previous knowledge could get you electrocuted). Note: They tell you to use only 8 gauge solid copper wire.
We used the oven hookup wire they provided, (a small looking 110v cord of red, black and green not sure what gauge) installed on the oven as they instructed, and hardwired it to the previously mentioned 10 gauge wires which we housed in a blank electrical box. Seems to be powering it just fine.
The oven is small and nice looking, a bit confusing to operate at first but I am overall I am happy with it so far. Side note: It took about 17 minutes to preheat up to 350° with a room temperature of about 70°.

Update: just tried out the "rotisserie" feature. NEAT :) never thought that would be included in a so called "budget" wall oven. We cooked 2 cornish game hens. They turned out great!

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice little oven! !
Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2017
Good little oven. Had mine for about a week. No problems so far. Once you learn how to interpret the little pictures on the dial you're good. The first time the fan kept blowing after shutoff I thought something was wrong. Eventually it shut off and I realized it was cooling the unit. Good little oven for the price! !

'UPDATE!!:
As far as functionality goes the oven works great. My biggest complaint now that I've lived with it for awhile is the information on the control panel was painted and not etched on. Hence over time the information gets wiped off. BIG PROBLEM!!!
