5.0 out of 5 stars Mighty machine cleans really well

Needed a dw for my tiny kitchen where the counter was always full of clean and drying, or dirty and waiting to be washed, or both. Either way... dishes took up too much counterspace.
This one appealed with its own tank. And the larger tank, extra rinse option was the clincher.
Super easy to install. I didn't want to mess with hooking it to the faucet so it's a stand alone unit on a small cabinet and drains into a bucket underneath. Sure, it's kind of a pain to dump the bucket. And it takes 3+ pitchers to fill the tank. Buuuuttttt.... it's a compromise that's worth it to free up the counter space.
The different programs are nice. I rinse my dishes anyway... so the short cycle (35 min) works just fine. Longer cycle (60 min) does amazing things for sparkly glassware and a small broiler pan. Tupperware and plastics have a little dampness even with the dry option and thats ok. An extra 10 minutes of air dry or a quick swipe with the towel takes care of that. The rack layout... could definitely be improved. It's sparse and awkward so you just have to find your groove for placement.
We used Cascade forever but at a previous place with a dw it left cloudy residue so with this new dw, switched to the Finish pods and what a difference! Wow.
All in all.... if you figure out your set up and use a little common sense this machine is worth it. Saves time and water and the dishes come out cleaner than hand washing.
It's fairly lightweight and easy to maneuver and build quality is nice. Go for it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great in small space!

Purchased for use in our rv with the water tank. Found that to be excessive use of our small space and retrofitted and plumbed into our unit without the holding tank. Very happy with the water efficiency, performance and low noise level while running. Easy to use and gives my arthritic hands a break! We have a hot water on demand and found we use less propane with this unit. Very happy with purchase!

1.0 out of 5 stars Broke quickly

The product only lasted about 10 cycles then in the middle of a wash it turned off with no warning or anything completely dead. Tried multiple outlets nothing worked. No matter what I tried it wouldn’t power on again. It works well as a novelty but isn’t really built to last. When it got to me the back was popped off as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product and Great Customer Service

My wife and I bought this dishwasher at the beginning of December and it proved itself vital for the holidays. Our Kitchen is small and we needed a dishwasher and this fit the bill. We used the Water Tank primarily for our water inlet and it worked great. It isn’t large enough for our biggest pots and pans, but it makes up for it with its capacity for the items that do fit. Often after a meal, dishes, bowls and cups were able to be handled by the dishwasher while the big pans were handled by us. It made itself the perfect assistant for saving us time in the kitchen. After a month or so of usage, we had an E404 error about the water intake valve and contacted the company’s customer service. I was extremely satisfied with their care towards me as a customer. They were prompt in their response and were extremely helpful and considerate. We were able to resolve the issue, and I’m looking forward to using it again.

4.0 out of 5 stars One of my greatest purchase of all time

It is a very convenient dishwasher. The performance are good and it is very easy to use. The size is the only thing that I will complain about. Normal size plates tend to not fit but otherwise everything else surely does. It doesn’t take long for this machine to operate with its several programs. The noise is noticeable but only if you are around.

3.0 out of 5 stars Limited amount of dishes you can wash
Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2024
First off, I spent awhile looking for a countertop dishwasher at a good price. I thought this one ticked all my boxes. It was well packed, not easy to open. The reason I chose this one was for the ease of use; you didn’t need to hook it up to your faucet line and it held a whopping 7 liters of water so it could better clean your dishes with the extra rinse. However, it is soooo tiny that you can only wash maybe 4 glasses, 4 bowls, and 8-10 utensils! No pots or pans or plastic items. No small dishes under 4” because it will end up protruding through the rack and disable the arm that shoots the water from spinning. Also filling it up takes awhile and I would recommend using at least filtered water so not to leave water spots and to keep things spinning smoothly. Hard water tends to build up sediment making it look dingy and dirty and will gunk up the machine. There are two arms that shoot water. One on top and one underneath. Be sure to check that they are not blocked by dishes by simply manually spinning them once all dishes are in. There are several washing options. Most take over an hour. There is a rapid option that only takes 45 min. But of course is seems to get cleaner in the longer washing times. You should pre-wash the dishes to get pieces of food off so you don’t have to clean it off the dishwasher afterwards. I have mine emptying to a bucket because this machine did not fit on the counter space next to my sink and I didn’t feel like repositioning my cupboards two inches higher. The fan comes on occasionally because of the extra water it still has in it after it washes and dries the dishes. All 8 of them. I am not sure if I could wholeheartedly recommend this mini-dishwasher because I cannot justify the electricity it would take to wash so few dishes. Maybe if you were single and living alone. It does sanitize the dishes. Just in small batches. I think I will have to give up some storage space and save up some $ to get a full sized one to satisfy my dish cleaning needs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Actual Dishwasher, Not A Novelty
Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2023
I've only run it 4 or 5 times now, but this little dishwasher continues to impress, and every time has always produced clean dishes. It's well made, functions just like a normal dishwasher, and can be run without the tank if you have limited height on your counter. It was a little hard to connect to my sink (I had to add additional gaskets to the included hose to get it to seal properly), but once I figured it out, it's been easy to operate. Holds a decent amount, and I usually only have to run it every 2-3 days.
