One thing that really did bug us (no fault of the seller possibly) was that we requested it to be delivered to our door and instead they left it in the locker rooms. It was too big to fit in my Honda Civic so we had to go out and rent a dolley from Home Depot to bring it up to our apartment. The box was too wide for either of us to carry(and I’m just hopelessly weak). I’m sure the delivery people are equipped to bring these kinds of packages up.. ????)
And when we finally opened it, there was a big dent on the side of the vent! And it had caught on the wire so we had to yank it out to plug it into the wall. :( we covered it with tape because we already went through so much effort to bring it up and wasn’t about to repackage it and send it back.
Besides the little flaw and unfortunate happenings, this thing really comes through at holding a ton of food!
