Got this ice machine this week since summer is coming and we use so much ice. Nice machine, easy to use makes ice cubes fast does have to run 24 hours a day Definitely happy with this product.

I bought this for an elderly couple that I live with. They were using old fashioned ice trays, and he was having trouble refilling and stacking them in the freezer. I had brought this to their attention some time ago, and they of course said, "nawww.. We don't neeed that!" Well? I got it for them anyway, and it is absolutely a blessing!

1. Shipment was very fast.
2. It was packed, and received well.
3. It took literally 3 minutes to set up.

A few minutes after I added water to the tank, it began to do its thing. We all had fun watching in amazement how it would fill up the tray (2 sizes available) and dump them into its bin as if some robot was inside.

The ice cubes are soft enough for her to sit and chew on them all day, as they don't get as cold as regular freezer cubes. It also has to do with the shape. They dissolve almost immediately in water or soda etc. but leave it nice and cold. It's good for about 3 to 4 people to get a fair amount of ice for their drink, and it instantly starts up the process of making more. It's very sparing on the water, so we have to maybe fill it once a day, but again.... It is used CONSTANTLY. It's quiet, it's easy for anyone to use, and it works fast.

We have freed up a large amount of space in the freezer, and I don't have to worry about any of them falling on ice or water that spills on the floor.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this for anyone's office, or home. You WILL find a need for it! It doesn't produce a huge amount, but it produces enough, and fast enough.

It makes ice. On my counter top. When I want it to. Smell and taste are non-existent, unlike refrigerated ice, which is appreciated. Great little summer appliance, great price

Size is smaller than my air fryer or instant pot. It’s quieter than my refrigerator which moos like a cow every couple of hours (not sure what that’s about). So far no leaks. Ice is clear ice which means no contamination from the machine. And y’all, it’s doing what it needs to do, which is make ice for my sweet tea. I’ve read reviews that say it stopped working or became noisy within a few months so I’ll keep my eyes peeled and ears open for any flaws and inform y’all to that if/when it happens. But for now I’m gonna go enjoy my sweet tea and some chile rellanos. Also the melting ice should you not get to it in time drains right back into the fill tank.

This ice maker is not worth one penny. The first one I bought would not make ice after being on for over an hour. I called the customer service number that came with it and spoke with a man that was rude, not at all interested in helping me and just kept telling me to return it to Amazon. I honestly thought CS would help me but I was wrong!
So, I did return it and the new one is making ice but it takes about 1/2 hour for just a few ice cubes. I tried this several times and after a couple of hours I ended up going back to my ice cube trays. Buying this is a huge waste of money!! I will not go back to customer service again and just not use this.

Perfect size for my counter- especially when I don’t have tons of counter space the way it is. Simple to use even my 5 year old starts it in the morning. We run it all day and shut it down at night. Family of 5 here and we have fresh ice all day long. Would definitely buy again! Love just snacking on them too lol. 5 ⭐️!!
