    Love this nugget icemaker. I put filtered water in and it makes the best nugget ice. Good to chew and makes drinks so much nicer than regular ice cubes. I’ve had mine for a month or so. It just continues to work flawlessly. You can hear it a little bit, but it’s pretty quiet, I do recommend it

    I am on my second Machine within 3 weeks. The first one started making a loud grinding noise within 2 days of getting it. The replacement one I received has been very quiet but after a week I am noticing grease in the ice trey and when I look at the the rotating shaft that pushed the ice into the trey, it has grease on it where it contacts the ice. I also found a tiny shard of metal in the water reservoir.

    The ice this machine makes is awesome but it’s contaminated.

    Makes ice quick and is pretty quite. It's kind of big but this is the first counter top ice maker I've purchased so I dont know it might be small. Holds a lot of ice though.

    It is so convenient and leaves me more space in my fridge. The soft small cubes are perfect. I make lots of mocha frappes. Yum

    It's an awful product. The water decanter beneath the ice means it gets dirty immediately upon startup and can never be fully cleaned.
    Worse than that, I've had it for 2 months and it's stopped making ice. There's a terrible screaming noise that comes from the device, which I may be able to fix if I cracked it open and poked around, but then I would have to deal with the fact that the water reservoir is under the ice, which in turn needs to be cleaned like 3 times a week.

    In short, this is garbage. It's very expensive, but requires unbelievable effort to keep clean, if and only if it works at all.

    This machine makes ice in a short period of time. It runs quiet. It has a self cleaning option. I had to contact customer service to ask how to use it. I did receive an answer properly.

    I really love this ice maker!
    It makes the ice really fast and looks great
    You do have to move some of the ice when full but it already has plenty of ice in the basket.
    I use it everyday and will recommend it to my friends.

    I like almost everything.
    But be aware there is no way you will get 55 lbs per day.
    It will probably support a party of 5
    To produce more ice you need to lower ice in the bin and keep water filled.
    Dose good job of giving me 12 12 oz glasses a day over a 10 hr period
    My best guess is it will make 2 or 3 12 oz glasses per hour but if the 3 lbs bin is full it dose not make ice
