Freezer stopped working immediately. Got it out of the box and turned it on for the 24 hr period and it was getting cold as normal. After 1 day it completely stopped getting cold - I could hear it kick on then kick off after 10 seconds. I tried putting food in it to make sure it wasn’t under loaded and waited another 24 hours and it wasn’t freezing, ice cube tray inside was still liquid. I tried multiple temperature settings and different outlets, etc. Of course I had already thrown out the box and packaging so it cost me $45 to return this at UPS. It’s too bad because it looks nice, is a nice size with good shelves, and the reversible door is a great feature, but I need a freezer that actually freezes and I’m super annoyed because it was such a pain to return.
