Just brought and installed one of these, haven't used it yet. However, initial impression. I opened the oven door and found a loose screw rattling around inside. I searched and searched, but could not figure out where it came from. Secondly, The installation guide and the users guide extremely vague and poorly written. Especially concerning how to attach the bottom base plate and how to remove the oven door and replace it. I had to watch YouTube videos to figure these things out since the manuals were useless. And getting the oven door back on can be very tricky. The first time I did it, it went right back on with ease. However, the second time I struggled for 45 minutes. Couldn't get the hinge to hook in place properly and then one side of the doors hinge snapped shut. I had to use a pair of vise grips to manually pull it back down and lock it in place. I had to do this a number of times as I kept trying to get the door back on and it just would not go in properly and the one latch kept snapping shut even though it wasn't in place properly. And pulling that hinge open manually, believe me, was very hard to do. Extremely strong spring. I was going nuts for a while there until after total exhaustion wearing myself out and sweating like crazy, I finally got the hinges to catch into place. Whew, what a job! Hopefully actually operating the oven will prove to be much nicer. Oh, and I was extremely disappointed that this oven did not include a broiler pan. Now I have to go out and buy that separately.
