    It was so awkward to try to hold my cup, hold the button all with the water being on the left side. This made life so much easier. I just popped it on and press my cup into it and it fills one handed.

    When removing the glass, the water continues to flow just a second too long. No fix with current design. I returned immediately.

    I was very hopeful on this button assisting water dispenser. The original fridge button was impossible to work hands free, having to push the button with one hand while holding your glass, water bottle etc. With this easy installed plastic assembly, you can fill by pressing the glass, water bottle up against it but…when you release it water still runs and sprays down into the fridge. I have learned to slide the cup down and off the plastic and get less water spray outside the cup.

    These dispensers drip a few drops of water after being turned off. This means you have to hold your cup under the dispenser for a second after you release the button otherwise you get water all over the place. Unfortunately, this lever requires that you remove the cup from under the dispenser simultaneously as you release the button. Great idea but just doesn't get the result we needed.

    Great product - super easy to install - works great at dispensing the water so that your fingers don't have to -push as hard - esp great for kids.

    Only issue is it huits the produce drawer when opening. needs to be not as long
