This was a replacement cooktop - nothing wrong with my other one but I'd had it for 15 years and wanted a change. Super- simple install with an easy conversion from Natural Gas to LP. I read the installation but not the directions so for any others like me - note this... "Off" is at 12 oclock "Low" is at 6 oclock and "Light / High" is at 9 oclock. That's obvious! BUT once a burner is lit, you can feather in between "9 to 12" to get a super-low simmer mode. I hope it helps the other folks like me that don't read ????
Great cooktop. Really sturdy 3 part wrought iron grates but easy enough to lift for cleaning the basin. Definitely recommend it.
