1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap, poor performance
Reviewed in the United States on August 28, 2023
If ANY liquid drips down off the stove top, it WILL run in between the class inside the oven door. There is no easy way to fix this.

Burner heat difference between the four burners is wide. Front left burner puts out way too much heat, and was not designed to do so.

Trim keeps popping off the oven door.

Broiler...well, pull up a pillow because you have to lay on the floor to see what's going on inside the broiler.

Oven does not heat evenly.

1.0 out of 5 stars Dangerous Stove grates
Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2020
After moving in to a new home and seeing a brand new stove installed, I was excited to get cooking. I noticed that the stove grates were bent from the middle (the grates are long and the front burner and back burner are connected on the same grate). I didn't think this would be an issue because maybe the pans/pots I use would be heavy enough to compress the grates down. I was wrong to think that and the pots/pans will slide when put on the grates because of how they are angled. I have spilled a full pan of oil (luckily not heated to a dangerous temp yet) when the pan was placed squarely in the middle of the burner and it just slid forward and off the stove top. Amana was called to try and get replacements for the brand new appliance but they told us that the bend in the grates is on purpose and they will not be fixing the danger their appliance puts us in. I now can only use the back burners (one of which is very small) or I run the risk of hurting myself with hot falling pots and pans. They are confident this is normal and are fine with the dangers. Do not buy from Amana as they will sell you a dangerous product.

1.0 out of 5 stars DIED AFTER 3 YEARS
Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2018
Good: I liked the drawer bottom for storage. I loved the range top burner flame level of output. Bad: Don't like how easily the control knobs turned. Would smell gas a find the knobs slightly turned releasing gas. The bake mode quit working after 3 years. The broiler works, the range top works, but no bake mode. The part and labor will cost more than I paid for the stove new 3 years ago. RIDICULOUS AND A WASTE!
