Ice is small but for using in my water bottle and tea glass is just right. Keeps up with my use of ice and usually gets ahead of me by end of day so I have ice the next morning. Runs quiets. Easy to drain. Is sort of heavy but where I have it set on counter just slide to edge of sink and drain water at night. Ice tastes like ice. As some other the review the ice is soft but it melts in my water in tea just ahoy the same as the ice from ice trays. Fill up water reservoir first run in morning takes longer due to getting water cold but after that fills ice tray in about 20 minutes. Like it suits my needs and purpose and works. U was really worried seen other reviews parts missing, not working. Mine not the case. So far I’ve maker has earned it keep. $80 not bad so far.
