We purchase this beautiful stove through Amazon and I was so surprised I received Robert’s call after submitting the offer. He said he wanted to share more details about the product we purchased .This first impression was wow! Excellent service. On the scheduled shipping day, the delivery company was so late and I need to back to work. I tried to contact delivery company but all went to voice mail. I called Robert I knew the shipping company is out of his control but he said he can check the system to see where is the truck’s location. That’s very nice of him trying to help customers problem. And he text me in the evening to check if everything was ok , that was his off work hour. I only can say Robert provide outstanding service and the stove itself is beautiful and easy to use and clean. All my guests love it and it really fit my super
