    Bought in June 2024 and starting making noises, turning off by itself, stopped making ice and started squealing extremely loud and iced was more like slush and then just stopped together. Followed directions to care for the machine but still only later 5 months. Would not recommend, less expensive iced machines last longer.

    Pulled the ice maker out of the box let it sit 6 hours flat like said to do on instructions. Filled with water to fill line and never would work. Very frustrated with this product. Can not return to amazon had to go through the seller in order to get refund for this. Was not pleased with the product not even working taking out of the box. Kept flashing add water when the water reservoir was full tried all of the suggestions on the instructions for trouble shooting. Nothing worked. I am now 3 weeks without an ice maker due to having to wait on refund to order another one. Got refund now waiting on new ice maker to come in. Will never buy a product from Aeitto and don't suggest anyone else to either.

  • Honestly for the price. I'm not very happy. Every time you go to get ice it leaks water everywhere. You can hardly openen it enough to get some ice out. Not very pleased with it.

    Every time I go to get ice, it leaks water everywhere. And I can hardly fit a TINEY ice scooper in to get the ice.

    We purchased this and have been using for a few months. It is a pain to keep clean. Mold forms so quickly and this machine has so many small spaces where grime gets trapped. Regret spending our hard earned money on this.

    The first one I got wouldn’t work. they done a good job at sending me another one. after the first cleaning which was about 45 days it stopped working. I would not recommend this icemaker.

    Makes very nice ice but if not used quickly it melts
    If put in freezer they turn into 1 ice cube
    The pull out tray is not sealed and at night small flies end up inside due to the blue light

    I received this item Saturday the 13 th of this month. I tried all the trouble shooting techniques and none of them worked. Mined you I paid $344.00 for this ice maker. It didn’t even last two days what a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I rate it a -0
