The ice machine produces nice thick ice in about 5-6 min., it’s efficient and pretty quiet. When our old ice machine died as well as our automatic one on freezer, my wife was buying ice from store . She claims she did not want a new machine. I shopped and compared a lot of ice machines. I am glad I chose this one! My wife loves it and the ice!

I’m very impressed. The unit comes put together, but also has instructions. It includes an extra drain plug and a small ice scoop. To get started, I plugged it in, poured water in the reservoir, and hit ‘work’.
One pour to the “max line” fills the tray twice. If you don’t empty the tray, it automatically stops. When you empty the tray, it automatically restarts. One tray of ice almost fills a 30-ounce Yeti or Stanley cup. Ice is produced very quickly and quietly, but there is a “white noise,” effect. The unit is relatively narrow, but has some depth. You’ll need a little bit of counter space. I put mine beside my refrigerator.
I hate fooling around ice trays and they take up a lot of space in freezer. I’m super pleased with my purchase and think you’ll be too.
