As a prior fan of Bosch appliances I purchased my second dishwasher from you on the premise that it would be reliable and basically adequate at the price point which is considerably higher than other brands. As it turns out Bosch is incapable of making a dishwasher where the size of the rack allows it to sit on rails adequately which makes the unit almost unusable and fails to clean dishes properly on the bottom rack.
Despite this being a known problem there is no proactive reach out to customers and we are forced to call and deal with the rudest most unhelpful customer service department I've ever encountered.
I will never buy a Bosch product again. Truly awful.
