    This chest freezer gives me all the space I needed for leftovers, stocking up on meats and frozen meals to save money, and have frozen water bottles at my disposal for frequent hurricanes when we anticipate losing power here in FL.

    My order came quickly, but was damaged (back corner dented). Most likely in transit from forklift. I must say, I contacted the merchant, Frugal Buys CA LLC, and they answered SAME DAY, and shipped me a new one. FedEx came to pick up the damaged unit, and I received a new unit very soon after. Frugal Buys CA LLC kept in close contact with me during the entire process. If it hadn't been for them, their professionalism, and their quick solution, I would have cancelled and went to Home Depot, but paid more money.

    The unit is quiet, very efficient, is very deep, and has a wire basket. As I researched other brands and was surprised how many products come with plastic baskets. The black unit was an added perk!

    So far so good. I was amazed at how quickly delivery was for this. It was packaged well, light weight and easy to unpack it. The cord was tucked inside and that was the only challenge to pull it out to plug it in. It has been running for several days now. I hope it will last a while. Very nice price with free shipping. Its great for pizzas and some of the bulkier items that take up space in my regular freezer. Love that is garage ready for the crazy MN temperature changes.

    The freezer came in good shape but the delivery was not good. The deliverer delayed the shipping by weeks. The freezer works great. I bought extra baskets for inside, it only came with one. Nice

    Customer service was great, delivered on time, placed it we're I needed it. Had to pay extra, but it was worth it. The freezer was a 10ft real nice,deep and light just in case you need to move it around.
