We had our gas company install our cooktop, so I can't really rate how easy it was to install, unless making a phone call to the gas company counts, then it was quite easy. The cooktop it replaced was about 15 years old, and the technology has really improved in that time. The new cooktop has a smaller flame, but it produces a much more even heat at the same temperatures that the old one did because it is burning the propane more efficiently. Definitely an upgrade from our previous one.

It has incredible safety features that shut off the gas if contact is not made with the pilot light quickly. It’s very easy to use and clean. We’ve been using it for about two weeks and I have no complaints. It is affordable and and doesn’t bother me one bit that the name brand isn’t the same as our other appliances. Highly recommend.
