First time I used it, I put a lot in and didn’t like it. So… I read the instructions. When loading it correctly it works great. Since you can put so much less than in your washing machine, I took my hose out and ran a load to see how much water it used. My estimation (and it’s only a rough estimate) is that I can do the same amount of clothes for about a third of the water. No electric is nice, but my house is completely powered by solar and we produce more than we use. What I love most about it is that I can wash my t-shirts, underwear, and shorts every few days (I go through 2-3 sets of each a day in the summer we stay at about 100% humidity here). I was putting in small loads in the washer because I was running out of underwear and had to do a small load. Very easy to use and works wonderfully well for what I needed!
