Immediately after the faulty installation of my dishwasher, I contacted samsung. Their contractor RXO, did a poor job and didn't even replace my front door which they removed when they delivered. The machine is not level and the metal straps are visible under my counter top.
It took 2 month to get a response from Samsung, only after I reversed the charges on my AmEx. Then two more month of Rxo sending guys to properly install the dishwasher, only to find that it was damaged and needed parts and never sent repair parts.
Now samsing says that it's outside the window of this complaint, when they have been blowing me off and or not addressing the issue.
They told AmEx, that I never returned the appliance, which was not the issue. If that was the reasoning behind the horrible service, RXO, their contractor had been to my house twice to correct the installation and never gotten authorization to return the dishwasher.
I purchased it Jan 2024. 5 month w/o functioning, brand new dishwasher.
