I use this about once a week and wash 2-3 loads each time. You have to be very careful not to overfill the basket if you want your laundry to come out clean and the spin basket seems kind of flimsy to me so I never press very hard. Even so, my laundry is always sparkling clean and the soon cycle works great! I LOVE this little washer!
* UPDATE: the seller was very eager to ensure that I was 100% delighted with this product and replaced my defective unit in less than a week after contacting them. I AM 100% delighted with this new washer and look forward to using fur a long time. The replacement unit seems much more sturdy with stronger motors for agitation, draining, and spinning. I am using it right now and have zero complaints!
My only issue with it is that a leak has developed after 2 months of use. It leaks like a seive during the spin cycle and leaks slowly the rest of the time. Even after draining, there is a little water that stays in the bottom under the baskets and it now leaks out all over my floor overnight after laundry day. It nearly ruined a rug in the bedroom where I keep it when it's not in use. I keep it on a rolling utility stand to give it a little more height and make it easier to move around. The size is great and it isn't noisy at all. It just requires some attention to make sure the cycles are switched on time. If it wasn't for the leak that started last Saturday, I'd recommend it to everyone I know!
