    Opened the package to find the control sticker out of position and no “buttons” on the visible circuit board. Assuming the board was mounted out of position..?? Unusable.
    Drain tubes and plastic parts feel very flimsy but function and longevity indeterminable without use.

    I washed 2 pairs of undergarments. They washed good. The spin dryer was ok. Connecting the spin basket to the machine took me a while. I had to use a towel to wring out some water from each item. Wring the undergarments was not to bad. I was just hoping I did not have to wring any clothes out because I am planning to have surgery on my hand. I have used this machine at least 3 times now. I am getting better. I use the sink sprayer instead of a bucket to fill the machine. I also use the sprayer as the wash water is draining then I hang up the drain hose to fill the machine to rinse. I like this portable washing machine because I only do undergarments which is a big help. It took me a long, long time to find a portable washing machine.

    1min and 10min button does not work. I press the buttons and I pressed switch and it would change over, it just stayed on soft washing. Soft washing isn’t bad, but if I paid for all features I would like for everything to work. Especially with the money I spent.

    It works great except buttons to change modes is very sensitive. Once you turn on you have to gently touch button mode you want to set it to. At first it was just staying on 5 min mode. Then I gently touch it and it moved. So I guess I'm going to keep it after all. We shall see...

    The buttons on it don’t work. I can’t even see how it works because it won’t turn on. When it gets plugged in, the lights turn on but I can not get any buttons to work. Total waste of time and money!

    This machine packs a punch. Everything comes out super clean. I live in an apartment and this has saved me so much time and money. I never put my clothes in dryer. I drip dry. I added an extension shower rod over my bathtub to hang everything. Dont use too much detergent, that's the key or you will have bubbles all over. I figured out a few tricks to the rinse cycle. I place this on the kitchen counter. After the initial wash and the water is drained, i use the sprayer from the sink to give it an additional rinse while the drain hose is still down. Then i put the drain hose back on the hook, fill up the machine and start the rinse cycle. After about 3 minutes i take down the drain hose and let the water start draining and place the sink sprayer back in the machine so its like a regular washer with the soapy water draining and with clean water going in. I am even able to wash lightweight bath towels (one at a time) dish towels, hand towels and pillow cases. I use a laundry service for sheets, blankets and heavier towels every other month whereas before I got this, every two weeks if i was still sending them everything and returning with the clothes still wet so I could hang and drip dry.
