This app simply works. Initially hesitant because of the previous reviews on sound etc, so i downloaded the free version Relax lite of this app first a few days ago to check it out. I had sound issues as well on my kindle ( they sounded a bit distorted) but when i turned off the dolby stereo in the Kindle sound settings the sounds worked well, otherwise just use a good pair of headphones.

I have a stressful job hence i needed something that actually works and i have been researching stress relief apps for some time, and this app is hands down my favorite especially with the quick start feature. Check out the free version first and make up your own decision.

I have this app on various other platforms, and use it frequently. The audio backgrounds are a key feature of this application. However, on this version, the audio does not work. This has not been explained, or addressed, and I cannot find any forum to obtain support from Saagara. I would recommend not buying this application.

Audio does not work with Kindle Fire HD. Volume setting has no effect and cannot hear any sounds with this app.

This app is ok. but for those people who "thought" this has music, it doesen't. It's an app with breathing excersises. I enjoy using this, and I feel this is worth the 99 cents I paid for.

So many people seemed so upset about the music feature. Let me clarify: it does not mean the music that you can select to play in the background, but the sound of the breathing exercise that plays for you so you don't have to look at the screen the entire time. It allows you to close your eyes and really focus on the way your body feels while doing the exercise. There are a few different options that you can select, depending on the texture of the sound you like.
As for reviewing, I do NOT like the meditation portion of the app. I feel awkward with the way it's set up and sounds, but that may be out of bias since I have listened to Jon Gabriel's "Evening Visualization" for several years, from The Gabriel Method (though it is designed specifically to help individuals feel relaxed, communicate with their body to lose weight). However, I LOVE the variety of breathing exercises in this app: I tried the free demo with the Beginner "levels" and immediately purchased the app. It is exactly what I was looking for and use it a couple times every day. I highly recommend it!!! =)

I had this app before and it has been an integral part of maintaining my anxiety levels. But there is no sound. The sound is needed for the app to work. Without it it is junk. I am furious. Give me my money back so I can find one that actually works. I'd pick no stars if I could. Shame on u Amazon.
