5.0 out of 5 stars Groovy App

I am a blue belt and have been training on and off for about 7 years. I downloaded this app for fun and let me tell you, it's freaking awesome. It really helps to refresh my memory on many basic, and a few somewhat advanced sweeps. Each video is short and succinct and shows exactly what to do. I am back training now 4 times a week and I pick a sweep and go over it before class and try it as often as possible. This app will let you keep a strong foundation and really helps to remind you of many basic moves. I also like that you do not need an internet connection in order to use this app so I can take it anywhere. For sure worth the 4 bucks I paid for it, I hope to see more come out soon.

Unlike some other apps. this is a compact app featuring full videos within the app, not links to youtube. It is fully downloaded and usable offline. It does not feature any sketchy permissions. The interface is intuitive. Mr. Kesting gives great instruction with attention to detail. The techniques are shown with professional quality video with good camera angles. An excellent app.

I love this app! Although there are several vulnerabilities in submission techniques, I still believe better than all these other apps. He does explain important submission details. However I recommend consulting your professor before implementing these techniques in your training.
