    I can't critique the effectiveness of the hypnosis because the audio was so poor I couldn't listen to it. It was fuzzy sounding with an echo effect added. I also had trouble understanding his heavy British accent. The music was louder than the voice. This isn't a problem with my Kindle, it's the app. And because of the no-return policy, I'm stuck with it. Instead of previewing images, maybe Amazon should make soundbite previews available.

    it's sweet and simple, use it as a relaxing tool and listen to your body. just starting i dropped 7lbs in 3 days allowing myself to go as fast as i want...of course it slows the smaller you get

    Actually I don't know if I hate it or not - I've never been able to open it. The program says it is compatible with Kindle, but it won't open without a plug-in which is not compatible with either my older kindle fires or the brand new one that just arrived. (sigh - uninstall...)

    You need Adobe air to run this but if u have a kindle fire you are SOL. I wasted my money because I read it was a great app and I can't even use it.
