This game is not your typical word game by any means. It will make you stretch your brain - you will actually use it to think! Amazing concept. I am enjoying this game quite a lot. If you want a mind numbing game than this one is not for you; however if you want fun and challenging than go for it.
There are three levels: easy, medium and hard. Even the easy makes you start using your noggin right off the bat. They give you several words and set them up into a diagram with a few gaps. You take the leftover words and place them where you think they fit. They light up green if it is a possible correct choice and red when it's not. When I say possible correct choice, I mean that while the word makes sense in that location any other words you place may not work. Then you need to figure out how they are associating the words. And this is just the easy level. I have yet to do the medium and hard. This not to say I find easy level difficult to do because I don't. I am enjoying how it challenging me to think a little differently.
I highly recommend this game if you are tired of the typical word games!

This game was a fun association word game. I've played similar associations (not necessarily laid out the same way, though), and this one is definitely one of the better games to play. Personally, the most offensive words (though I'm not offended) I saw was the death associations and tramp (though it was associated with the movie or (person)/tramp)--so I can't really comment on the same experiences as other reviewers.

I do, however, agree with other reviewers that some matches didn't make sense, though only with the ones that mentioned that some words that are obvious matches don't actually match. It did give out a feeling that, in some cases, there was a "pre-matched" set of words...

However, I would've still given this game four stars, except for the few things I didn't like:

*for me, easy and medium were WAY too easy. I ended up only playing a little of easy and half of medium before skipping to hard, which was more of my level of play (and even then, half of them were solved quickly).
*no pause. Not too big of a deal, but when you're time is marked as you getting either 1-3 stars depending on how fast you solve an association, it would still be a nice addition. (and I did try pressing the little menu button that stops your game and asks you if you want to go back to the menu, restart, etc., I thought it might've been the pause. It isn't, the time still ticks away).
*no "real" restart. This doesn't usually bother me, but in one instance that I wanted to start over, it gave me a completely new set of words.

I did think the quotes by the famous scientists (mainly Einstein) was nice, though I didn't read them most of the time. Overall, it IS a fun word association, but because of how easy the first two difficulties are for me, I can only play so much of this game. I would still recommend this game to adults who like to play word associations, though for younger children (disregarding the dictionary), they may have problems playing this game because some of the associations may not make sense to them.

There are so many good things to say about this game. I got it when it was the daily free app, but it's definitely something worth paying for. A fun, unique game of logic and word association. Each time you win a level you're awarded with a witty quote and explosion of stars (which I found to be cute and enjoyable). While simple in concept, the creators made it in such a way that it's perfectly in-depth and so easy to have fun with. If you're able to get past the first five levels (not exactly difficult to do) you begin to really get used to the rhythm and it's almost like cardio for the brain. I'm a fan of word games, but even people who aren't would enjoy this app, even if just to keep their minds sharp, practicing their basic logic and English skills. I must reiterate: This game is so much fun!! Try it!!!

I usually don't complain about games. You take your chances. However, this is a game that I must comment upon. Firstly, I broke my own first rule, which is to read some of the reviews before I buy anything. This game is absolutely awful. I won'd even go into some of the language, others have done that already. But this game makes NO sense! I play a great deal of word games and there are usually some rhyme and reason to them. I know all about synonyms, and acronyms and many other word and grammar forms. I cannot for the life of me understand why some words are supposedly associated. And then there are the "hints". I made the assumption that they would be correct, but now I am not so sure. It looked like if words were in red they were in the wrong place, but ifbtheybwere in green and blue there were in correct association. Also, if word were in the correct order, and I use that term loosely, it would stick in place. Now there are only so many permutations one can use with any given number of given words, but I found that very often no solution was correct. Another reviewer put it well when they said that (excuse me for paraphrasing), this breaks the first rule of logical puzzles, there should be one and only one solution. I didn't spend much, 99 cents plus tax but in this case I want my money returned. I would not recommend this "game" to anyone.

This is essentially a game of match the word tree in a logical order. You select a word from the choices on the left, and drag it to the appropriate blank spot on the right. This might be a fun learning tool for people wishing to expand their understanding of synonyms, etc. but it is not a true word game. The connected words are not always intuitive, and sometimes are a bit of a stretch.
