I have used this program for about a week now & I really like it! I love the simplicity of it & how you can keep the grocery list while adding your daily foods. The only downside for me is they way the excercise is tracked which is only by Minutes. For example it is hard to track how many minutes i spent for situps, pushups etc as I have to list each exercise separately by minutes. Other than that I highly recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this app so that I could track my foods and exercise for the 17 day diet. This app really is too immature to do this adequately. For instance, this app tracks minutes of exercise, so if I do 17 minutes of gardening and then do 17 minutes of circuit training the app tells me that I exercised for 34 minutes. Despite the fact that the gardening really didn't raise my HR. LOSE IT is a much better app, and is Free.

I have the book and this app helps me implement the diet and track my food, and progress. I love that I can easily search to see if a food is allowed.

I hope the actual diet book has more substance...a lot more.Perhaps I've been on too many diets ir read to much about diet, but I finished the familiarizing myself with the entire app in just an hour and really learned very little

I enjoy being able to have a way to keep track of what I eat and how much I exercise daily. I have the book also and I wish there were was a way you can include some of the recipes that in the book. The resourse feature is very good and helpful.

This app has nothing that it shows in the preview. Go with Lose it if you want what this app tries to do and doesn't do as well as the Free app Lose it. DON"T BUY THIS APP. Lame.
