These are high quality straps. And match the bag perfectly. They look great. But they do not stay in place well and slide up the handle of the bag. Are a bit tough to put on as well. I still use the strap as it’s very helpful. I just wish it stayed in place better

I was ready to give up and return this thing… but saw a video of how someone kind of manipulated the handle, so I decided to give it a last try. the insert part that is suppose to go into the handle is too big, doesn’t really go in, you have to force it to go in a little. you really have to squeeze/pinch the end of the handle to button the conversion piece.
But, once you put it on, it is nice.

What i found helpful is to
1. fold/crease the end of the handle a little bit, especially if it’s a new pouch.
2. button and unbutton the conversion piece a couple more times to “break it in” the hole a little bit, so it’s easier to button up
