Problem with shipper, not product

The product itself is fine, exactly as expected, however the shipping was HORRIBLE. Item came in a clear zip-up pouch. Completely see through and could have been opened and stolen by anyone during the shipping process. This is the second time Amazon has done this to me and it's completely ridiculous. Items should be shipped in a secure box or envelope, not a zipper pouch. I know this is not the product/seller's fault, but I could not find anywhere to express my dissatisfaction with the shipping. Amazon needs to do better.
