I purchased this heavier-weight thread to sew pointe shoe elastics and ribbons for my ballerinas.
It's perfect! It's not sticky and slides well when sewing, (making it easy to use) and it's a perfect weight and thickness. The white color blends well with the pale pink of the pointe shoes.
The large spool will last a long time and the thread itself is durable and stands up to hard use and tugs.
