I was to be traveling and wanted to put together all the basic art supplies I’d need for a watercolor retreat. I used “The Portable Painter” palette as was recommended by the instructor for the paints. That whole case fit into this zippered case easily, and then I filled the rest with a variety of supplies- travel brushes, mech pencils & refill leads, waterproof micron pens, erasers, tiny water spray bottle & funnel, binder clips, elastic bands, a compressed towel or two and other little supplies I normally use in drawing and painting. It was the perfect case for my trip. It fit into the bottom of my carry-on bag and my backpack for using on the trip. I made two of these kits - one for me and one for my sister. They were a big hit at the retreat.
