Instructions are pretty hard to understand but there are YouTube videos explaining. But not too easy to follow either. Requires practice.

I'm not a beginner but if I was I'd probably not have tried. The instructions aren't super clear until you look up the videos. Thankfully the QR code is a link to a YouTube playlist. I went a little rouge and complained the vines and pink roses to make an adorable arrangement and will make a second one for my mother for Mother's Day

i’ve never really crocheted before but have been wanting to, i would not suggest this kit to anyone who’s a beginner, the instructions aren’t clear unless you watch the videos and for me personally they went too fast for me to follow along so it took many many times rewinding and starting over completely and still haven’t quite achieved it. the thread unravels fairly easily and it doesn’t help that i have had to restart many times and im still struggling to complete even one piece of it. id say for the money its not bad quality per say , but i’d suggest for beginners to get a different kit due to the threads ability to unravel easily and the unclear instructions. i do appreciate that it gives you the description for the abbreviations used because that’s been quite helpful when i wasn’t sure about something they were referring to. i do think the kit has good potential and i still want to work on it and at least come up with something even if it doesn’t look the best but the thread doesn’t even look the same as advertised, though it did come with everything it said it contains.

Got this kit as a true crochet beginner, hoping to make some Christmas presents. I specifically got this kit because it said it came with step by step video instructions which it does come with a QR code however, the code does not work. So now I am going to have to try to follow the written instructions which is a lot harder when you are not a seasoned pro. I looked up what I assume are the videos on youtube but as a true beginner who has only made one small blanket, I was lost during the first video. If you have done a couple projects before than this would be good for you but if you are just starting out i would try something different. The yard kept coming apart as well.

I wish this was better than it was. The QR code doesn't work. As a beginner this was really not helpful. The yarn was awful and would unravel and was difficult to use.

I got this kit for my granddaughter. She has just started crocheting and was bored with just going back and forth on a blanket. I thought if I got her something cute she may like it more. This kit is complete, and has great instructions. I am primarily a knitter, but I used my own yarn to make up one from directions just to see if she would be able to do it. Instructions were clear and well laid out. I put instructions back in kit and am giving it to her next month for her birthday. I know she will love it! Cute designs and quality components. Very satisfied, and will order more kits for other grandkids.
