EASY TO DO: All patterns are pre printed on the fabric, which provides great help to user. You can follow the instructions step by step to complete the coaster! When you are punching the pattern, please make sure to punch 4 to 5 stitches per inch (skipping 2 to 3 holes per stitch) to avoid running out of yarn. Each coaster is 3.9 x 3.9 in. The size of the felt backing is the same as the size the coaster and can be used without cutting.

This was my first time doing one of these. It came with all the needed tools. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I got better after each one. The yarn was a good quality and was wrapped neatly. I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time untangling it. The stickers for the edges and the coaster stickers felt like a good quality too! I’ve been using them as infant toys (lol) and they are holding up really well to all the baby antics.

Pros:
This kit was a great jumping off point for learning punch needling! It included everything needed for making six coasters with some excess yarn in the end.

Cons:
My kit didn’t come with the needle threader tool that was pictured in the listing but I was able to work around it. The instructions included in the kit were adequate but I’d suggest looking online for beginner punch needling videos for more information.

I wanted to like this but either because the hole on the needle is too small or the fabric is too loose, yarns don’t stick to the fabric.
I tried to buy other needles or fabric but I realized it’s too much work to make it work.
Very disappointed..

I absolutely LOVE this so much! I love sewing and saw a video on punch needling and decided to get a kit. This was my first time trying punch needling and I am in love! I enjoyed this kit very much. Super easy for beginners and it was a very relaxing project to do to at the end of the day to relax before bed. This ended up taking me 2 days to finish since I didn't do it all at once. I was surprised at the amount of yarn I was left with once finished. I was worried I would run out but that was not the case at all! Very pleased with this product and will be buying more in the future!
