I am a crochet beginner and wanted a place to keep my supplies, plus be able to move around my home with my current project.

It is a small bag but holds a surprising amount. It feels of good quality.

I could see it being too small for people doing larger projects, but it held the materials for 3 small projects plus some extra yarn which is just what I was looking for.

This is a nice little canvas bag to carry your yarn projects for crochet, knitting, and other fiber arts! It has multitudes of pockets, both big and small, and I like that it has rivets where you can string your yarn through to keep everything tidy while you work. Which I definitely struggle with when crocheting!

As others have said, the pockets that are supposed to carry the yarn are really small (as pictured). If you have some standard size or larger skeins they won't fit in the pockets, but I was able to use them inside the main part of the bag just fine (also as pictured). It is a tight fit so probably it's useful for only a couple of balls of yarn at a time. Let's just say the description that it can hold "15 standard skeins or more" is not accurate! You might be able to fit a single cake depending on size, but probably not. I feel that the smaller pockets would actually be useful for small skeins like the purple one included in my photo, or very fine lace weight yarns or thin novelty yarns.

The little crochet hook holder isn't super useful to me either, as my crochet hooks and knitting needles are either too long or too thin to stay in the holder itself. It fits some of my pens and other art supplies better so I'll be using it for that instead.

Even with the complaints I really do like this bag, and I've been using it for taking my projects on the go or keeping my yarn safe from playful cats when I'm working on something!

I wasn’t sure what to expect because there was no reviews on this product, but it looks exactly like the photos! What you see is what you get! It’s a very quality bag very thick nicely stitched handles, thickly corded drawstring, and pockets! Lots of internal pockets! Definitely a great project bag to store one project at a time (maybe more depending on what you’re doin?) I use this to store 2 small skeins of yarn for 2 amigurumi projects, my hook bag and a small notebook!

It is a nice little bag. I use it when I go to Dr appointments and what not. I can carry all the stuff I need for what I am currently working on. I am not impressed with the crochet hook holder since most of my hooks just fall out when I unroll it.

I really like this crochet bag. I like it even more than the other one that I already have. It seems I'm always drowning in yarn and have multiple projects going at once, so I decided to get another bag to help divvy up my projects and maybe help keep all the yarn organized.
I like that it's fairly small and very lightweight, but it still holds a really decent amount of yarn!
The extra pockets on the outside are nice too. I keep odds and ends in them like scissors, buttons, or whatever other things I may need to add on to finished projects at the end. The material is super soft too! It feels like a soft cotton canvas (pretty sure that's actually what it is), so when I reach for it it just feels nice, haha.
The only thing I could see being an issue is that if it somehow falls over, some things may fall out because there are no zippers to hold the pockets shut. However, I am clumsy and still haven't had any issues with that yet.
Overall, I definitely recommend this yarn bag!! It's cute and stylish but also practical, and just the right size in my opinion. I fit a big thing of jumbo blanket yarn, plus a couple smaller skeins in it with no issues. It keeps my things contained and the drawstring closure seems to work well enough.

When the description says it holds 15 standard skeins, I imagined being able to slide my skeins into the pockets and get to crocheting. I don't know what size skeins they are working with, but if you are buying yarn from Hobby Lobby, those skeins are taller than this bag so you have to roll it into balls, which I really didn't want to do. So right off the bat, this bag has become an inconvenience. However, Once I rolled my umpteen million skeins into balls, they fit well enough and it takes up a lot less room and I can easily transport my projects and my yarn (I can't just work on one project at a time) from my chair in the living room and put them away easily in the art room when I am done with it, It means a lot less clutter and looks adorable too.

The draw string closure on the top means that my items won't fall out when one of my dogs inevitebly tips over the bag in search of treats that have never been in it, but they have to be sure. It is also a lot easier for my old lady hands to operate quickly.

I almost missed the hook holder, I didn't realize it was in the bottom of the bag. I appreciate that because I am forever misplacing my hooks.

My own hooks don't fit in the roll very well since I use larger ergonomic ones, but it's good for all of the standard hooks.

Overall, I do love it. It feels sturdy and well made, the color is one of my favorites, and it's easy to cart around for my current project!
