    I ended up using the spiral to fix a ring that was my mom's but too big on me. Very easy to install. May use other pieces on other rings.

    The metal doesn't last very long because it is cheaply made. Doesn't hold the sizing long because it moves. I have had other sizers and they held up pretty for long periods of time. The plastic one is terrible because it looks like a chunk of tape.
