    I had read the reviews about these backs being "tiny" and they certainly are, but I like them because they are so small, they do not stick out. I have had no problems getting them on or off my earrings. Just hang on to them because if you dropped them, you would probably really have to hunt for them! Thank you.

    Of course I was skeptical of these earring backs when you get 100 for $3 but what a DEAL!! They are exactly what I was looking for. Small silicone backs that will keep my hook earrings in my ear and don't detract from the earring itself. I wish I had bought them a while ago, I lost one of my favorite earrings when one earring just came out of my ear and I didn't notice. If I had used these backs, that would not have happened. Great purchase.
