    I bought metallic sharpies and they were extremely disappointing skipping not writing well etc so I didn't expect much from these but I was wrong. These write amazing very smooth vibrant colors and at a great price. They are not permanent if writing on metal, tile, ceramic but on a poster like I got the for they're perfect!

    I would not say all of these are metallic, but they’re great markers all the same, and the colors are very rich.

    The media could not be loaded.
    These brush pens are good. The brush tips aren't too soft, and the ink flow is great, so it isn't too difficult to draw finer lines. The colors are nice, and they are indeed "metallic." However, the colors are subdued allowing the metallic sheen to really shine. The white, however, is unusable for me; it is very barely there -- quite watered down (see photo and video). I also tried writing on an acrylic board, and that turned out okay, but as stated in the packaging (which I didn't realize before I purchased it), it is temporary -- akin to a dry erase markers. Overall, these brush pens are nice; however, I think I prefer another brand, so I'm returning these.

    I especially liked the white for writing on black paper in my daughter's wedding scrapbook. So elegant. great if you want a fine point.

    There are 2 kinds: ROUND TIP and BRUSH TIP:

    The round tip: This “Gold” is pretty, in deed; yet it’s more BROWN than shimmery. When washed down it appears yellow (see picture): NO METALLIC! (See photo Comparison: 1= this “metallic” pen in the Black square/ Other brand metallic shiny pens! ). Round tip: NO METALLIC!

    The BRUSH TIP markers are DIFFERENT IN COLOR (see two photos.) The circle are brush markers. The “yellow/ochre” is round tip. It has the SAME number “1”, yet it’s a completely different color! Brush=green whereas Round tip = ochre. The yellow color is achieved by adding the white (above white brush tip, below white round tip.

    No red. (See picture MICHELANGELO: red/bronze/black/white).

    The Van Gogh “ Starry Night Over The Rhone” I achieved by using BOTH sets: gold (yellow/ochre) number 1 from round tip. All others - black blue white silver - are brush tips.

    They never last. When empty.. it may be used to achieve texture (see Birth of the Sun and Moon/MICHELANGELO.. Sistine Chapel).

    Love these!! Bought as a deal of the day and I’m SO glad I did! Such a great deal I didn’t even bother reading reviews. After having them I’d pay more for the ease of use and quality. They work on most surfaces and seem to be permanent. The colors are great and have lasted a few months of almost daily use, still going strong. We have tons of markers in our house especially since quarantines began. These are the go to set in our home. At 2mm the tip is pretty thick, almost brush like and smooth as silk. Extremely fun for all. My kids love them too (7,11 year olds). Every time I go to write something I find myself creating art out of the words...I just can’t help it!
