    Product works good . No problems with heat. Easy setup. Love the full swivel so make easier to do shirts and not get burned.

    This is a good heavy duty heat press. The heat level seems to work effectively. It is a nice size for shirts and very good quality. For a five and one I thought it was a good value however the accessories look to be intimidating to put together especially the mug press so I have not used it yet. The shirt price only took about five minutes to go from back to use! The pressure is sufficient however you may need to mess around with it as I did ruin one shirt because I had too much pressure on it.

    The heat press has a large base and is great for applying heat transfer images onto tshirts. The hat press and cup press are a great addition.

    I was extremely excited about getting this press. I chose this brand because I purchased an 8 in 1 press from this same brand and it works well.

    As soon as I plugged the device in, the temperature just ran up (the device was on apparently and I never switched it on. It came that way) and it started smoking out my house. Everywhere was smoke. After my initial shock, I turned it off and waited until all the smoke in my house cleared. I then turned it back on. The display works but it just would not heat up. I suspect that means the element is gone and it will not work and my investment is now wasted. I never got even one use from this item

    I would give it a 5 star but I had to modify just a little bit so I could get enough pressure on the 20 oz Skinny tumblers.. other than that I have 3 for 3 different items we do.. I've found its easier to a press for each size that it is trying to adjust it all the time.. plus they last longer that way also..

    My modification was to change the inside screws that attach the mounting bar to the adjusters and make them longer and and more nuts as spacers to get more pressure.. as seen in the second pic.

    I used this mug press on 12 15oz coffee mugs with printing on one side. The press worked pretty well once I tweaked the mug placement. I then used it to print 8 11oz mugs with printing on both sides and am really disappointed. I tightened the screws prior to placing the first mug in, and one side of the heating element does not adequately heat in order to get the colors to print vibrantly. I tried further tightening the screws and no luck. It wasn't stupidly expensive, but I would think it would work consistently for more than 20 total mugs. In addition, the interior part of the mug press bubbled toward the edges and there are times (inconsistently) when there was a bit of smoke coming from the back of the mug press.
