    I absolutely love the Bernat BABY BLANKET BB White Yarn! The yarn is incredibly soft, making it ideal for creating blankets, hats, and other baby items. The #6 super bulky weight means projects come together quickly, and the texture is plush and cozy—perfect for little ones.

    I was super cautious when picking out chenille type yarn to buy since I've heard that the shedding is an absolute nightmare, especially when you cut it or are frogging. However, I was presently surprised to see that this yarn doesn't shed almost at all, aside from a little bit of fuzz coming off of cut ends. Even when I had to frog it a bunch of times due to failed magic circles and practicing working with it, it didn't shed! It's also surprisingly sturdy, since I pulled on it pretty hard while struggling with the aforementioned magic circles and it took a good amount of strength to snap it.
    I wouldn't recommend this yarn for beginners since it's harder to see the stitches through the fuzz and there's a bit of a learning curve, especially with magic circles. I'd definitely recommend practicing with it first before you jump right into your project to make your work easier and more consistent as well as find the hook size that's most comfortable to work with. Would also highly recommend stitch markers especially if you lose count easily like me. But because it's so soft and fluffy, it hides gaps super well and leaves you with a good looking and very soft finished piece. I'm currently working on a Terriermon amigurumi and I already love how it's turning out.
    I was also very pleased with the price for the amount of material you get. While I was looking for yarn like this, there was a lot of pricier options. I like the variety of colors between this baby blanket yarn and their other blanket yarns, since I try to use the same brand and material yarn for projects to keep them consistent.
    I will definitely continue to use this in the future and recommend to anyone wanting a good soft and chunky yarn for a great price!

    This particular yarn is fantastic to work with. It washes well and holds up well. It’s soft and durable and cozy warm. A #6 yarn that doesn’t feel clunky. Highly recommend.

    Bernat Baby Blanket yarn is very soft and easy to work with. It is great for baby blankets. It is expensive, but it has not got a lot of knots like some brands and comes in many pretty colors. So, I stick with it. It works up quickly (#6). No need for fancy stitches—they will not show due to the thickness of the yarn. My grandchildren (for whom I made twin bed sized blankets tell me they are very warm and they sleep with theirs every night!
