    Top notch presentation. The ability to choose color combo as well was really great. The kit includes the bracelets, additional "latches" and tools. Looked just like the image as well when they arrived. Having them in a heart shape and tools under. My wife loved it.

    The only odd thing was the claps are a bit sensitive. Feels like you should just place the open end inside of the clap with the needle nose and press down to clap it shut. Didnt really work out that way for us. Every time we would clap it down; the end would just get pushed out again. We ended up just being able to wrap it and they seem to be holding together fine. Probably user error and certainly dont have the eye sight or steady hand that may be needed. Got it worked out regardless. And even if we messed up; we still have the extra claps that were sent with the kit.

    Tools worked fine and easily able to cut through the excess.

    Horrible! I was wearing one of the chains, and it came off in less than a week. I followed the instructions to a T, and I didn’t even realize it was missing until I purposefully looked. So disappointed.
