    My first use of a minky fabric. Sturdy, soft and huggable. This will be my last time using any brand minky fabric. BECAUSE, it sheds with every cut, even using pinking shears. Weeks after the project was completed there are still bits of minky fabric sticking to stuff in my sewing room. Bits of fluff flying about the room and plugging up my air cleaning filter! Just to clarify, I don't like minky fabric, but, it made a great stuffy shark for my great-grandson.He loves his minky shark!

    Minky side is pretty soft for rue price, even the knitted side is like a softer than average cotton tee shirt. Stretches less than a shirt, but can somewhat be stretched. Quality seems pretty good and because of the soft knitted side I feel like it could have a lot of wearable applications, not just plush making.

    I've bought this in 3 different colors to use for the back side of baby blankets. And all have turned out beautifully. Very soft and easy to sew with minimal shed. I used all 3 with a non stretch cotton print on the opposite side. Everything turned out great!

    I was looking for a plush minky to go on a child’s quilt. This was disappointing but I don’t think it will matter once my Granddaughter is using it. She loves anything I make for her.
