This tape works very well. However, it's a good idea to wait a few minutes to pull it off. I have fabric that I needed to tape
the selvgles and this worked really well. It's very easy to use, cut a piece, Stick It Down and I wait a few minutes before I pull it back up so it has it's maximum stickiness. I thought the price was very reasonable. I'd buy it again and recommend it anyone who needs to glue fabric down to buy this.

I'm making box cushion covers and using this for holding the zipper tape in place until you sew it in place. I have mixed feelings.. it is easy to use, stick on where you want it, remove the backing and then press your fabric together.. works great so far, right? Not so fast! Once I started sewing with my high end Janome Skyline S7 machine, I noticed for the first time that my thread wasn't straight and looked like the tension was off really bad on the under side.. turns out, the needle was getting gummed up from sewing through the sticky tape and my thread was pulling so bad that it broke before I got one side done.
I will use this cautiously from now on and make sure that I don't have to sew THROUGH the sticky part with my machine. They need to state this in the advertising. I'm sure for a "no sew" method of hemming, etc. it's great, but not for a basting tape. You get what you pay for, I've learned my lesson this time!

I needed this tape to temporarily hem my dress for a wedding. My dress is satin material and the lines of this tape was pretty clearly seen through. It is sticky which is great but doesn’t seem to be hard to get off. Might leave a bit of sticky residue but I haven’t noticed it being too bad

Doesn't hold up blackout curtains

Uses this to shorten and create a rod pocket for black out curtains used for a closet. They are black out medium weight. Looked good for a day then fell down on its own at night. The tape is much thinner than I expected, which is my fault for not reading description close enough.

I bought this product to help me basing a cushion cover I was sewing. Worked great! Didn’t have to do any hand basting. The tape held it together. Did not gum up my needle on the sewing machine. Would definitely recommend. And I will definitely keep using it.

I wasn’t sure if this tape would work. I’ve used the Noe him tape that you have to iron before but this is double sided. I Bought the1/8 To seem together two curtain panels on my doors it was extremely easy to install. It was quick to install and then I ran over real quick to just give it an extra and it looks beautiful. It’s very inexpensive has been all my life. I love it.
