I am actually extremely confused, Because not only are there so many good reviews about this yarn on here as well as YouTube, but I even checked the pictures in these reviews to see if it looked like the right size yarn. My favorite is sweet snuggles light so I looked for something comparable. I don't get it! Is there a different size of this yarn that the other people reviewing this product are using? Some of the pictures above could definitely not have been with the size yarn that I received.
The proof is in my pictures... in the first picture, I am comparing the bright pink parfait yarn to a coral colored sweet snuggles light, which is an ACTUAL size 6. The second and third pictures are compared with a size 5 yarn, both of which are BIGGER than this parfait "size 6" yarn!!! But the most obvious is the last picture, where I have three of the exact same octopus pattern made with these three types of yarn. The coral octopus on the right is made with sweet snuggles light size 6 yarn. The green octopus on the left is made with Yarn Bee size 5. And the tiny little bright pink octopus in the middle is made with this "size 6 super chunky parfait yarn". ARE YOU KIDDING???
I will most definitely be returning all of the colors that I ordered. I do not enjoy working with this teeny tiny yarn... it is very frustrating!!!!
