Item is exactly as described. The grip is comfy and stable. The quality is perfect. Works great with most yarns. Yarn that has silver or gold thread snags it a bit, but otherwise it's a good buy.

Ordered an 8mm hook and went to put the rubber handle on another hook and the hook inside says 9mm....im not sure if this is false advertising or an accident. Other than the size issue it's a nice comfortable handle. Im giving it a 4 star for comfortability but 1 star for the hook size issue.

I've only very briefly used the hook so far but the wider part that is held by the hand is easier to use than the skinny metal hooks. The other critiques that mention the hook isn't very deep are correct.

The handle is a nice weight, and thick enough to ease hand fatigue when crocheting. The hooks is smooth and doesn't catch on the yarn at all, and it is plenty long enough to work with. Seems like there may be quality control issues based on some of these others reviews, but the 7mm hook I received is fantastic.

The crochet hook is working well. I’m making some small medallions for a baby blanket and the pattern called for a 3mm hook and it’s not a normal U.S. size so I found this one on Amazon. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s not as quality as a Clover brand one that I bought at a local shop. There’s a small silicone nub on the end which depending on how you hold the hook could irritate your hand. Other than the nub, the silicone handle with grip indentations is comfortable. The price is reasonable and the size “3” is on the handle.
